Return Policy
We want you to love what you get. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return rules summary
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
- Final sale items: 1 collection can't be returned
The short version
- 30 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (hygiene rules — more on that below)
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items? We cover it fully — just email us within 7 days of delivery
What we can accept
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging
- Items with all seals, wrappers, and boxes intact
- Purchases made directly through patchgirl.shop
What we can't accept
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare, masks, or cosmetics
- Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Sample sizes, deluxe minis, or free gifts
- Final sale items ( "Sale" is marked final sale at checkout and can't be returned)
- Gift cards
This isn't us being difficult — it's standard for skincare, and it's how we keep every product that ships out safe for the next customer.
How to start a return
- Email us at patchgirlla@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back within 14 days of getting your authorization
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 3 business days
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. There's no restocking fee. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives broken, leaking, expired, or just plain not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) — your choice. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster that way.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, the credit can take 5–10 business days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
